About ESIS Austria
A national forum for structural integrity.
ESIS Austria connects the national structural integrity community and represents it within the European Structural Integrity Society.
Its work centres on technical exchange. In 2024, the group met at Montanuniversität Leoben for “Overview on Fracture Mechanics Topics”. In 2025, it organised “Long Term Structural Integrity” in Schladming. The Schladming workshop is intended to remain a regular platform for early-career researchers.
